We are looking to onboard a full-time analyst at Decentralised.co. The person will handle day-to-day research and own the content pipeline for our social channels. The ideal candidate is somebody who can effectively leverage data to bring forth insights in brevity. An active presence on social channels (like Twitter) would be a plus in the application.

Decentralised.co writes long-form content for researchers, founders, and investors in Web3. You can learn more about us here.

The Ideal Candidate

The analyst we onboard will be joining the editorial team. The ideal candidate is somebody who can fulfill the following functions.

  1. Get accustomed to our suite of data tools and provide briefs on what is trending: we hold subscriptions to most data providers. We expect the analyst to spend their time perusing them and surface insights in a timely fashion.

  2. Take ownership of our social handles and keep them updated with research-driven, short-form content: the ideal nature of the content is analytical, timely, and data-driven. We are not looking for snarky opinions or memes. The person should be able to communicate in a way that is true to our brand.

  3. Take our existing bodies of work from the newsletter and translate them for social networks such as Twitter. Bonus points if you have been doing this on your own for a while!

  4. Collaborate on writing long-form articles that go to the entirety of our mailing list, which currently has close to 23,000 readers.

The ideal analyst would be a self-starter who finds themselves at home with data and trends native to Web3. We encourage healthy debate as long as it serves the vision of creating something people enjoy reading. And most importantly, we would like to onboard somebody who enjoys the craft of writing.
